Celebramos a Lindelia Ventura: Líder, Mentora y Ejemplo de Superación en la Educación Infantil
En LCAM, nos enorgullece felicitar y honrar a una de nuestras asociadas y mentoras más destacadas: Lindelia Ventura. Su trayectoria es un testimonio de dedicación, perseverancia y liderazgo en el campo de la educación infantil.

Un Camino de Esfuerzo y Dedicación
Originaria de La Unión, El Salvador, Lindelia ha vivido en Estados Unidos por los últimos 10 años. Su compromiso con la educación infantil comenzó con un voluntariado de dos años en la escuela Weller Rd, donde apoyó en el aula de pre-kínder. Más adelante, trabajó como maestra líder en un centro educativo y como paraeducadora en MCPS, lo que le permitió profundizar en sus estudios en Early Childhood Education.
Su constancia y determinación la llevaron a validar su título y obtener su licenciatura, lo que le abrió las puertas para continuar su formación con una Maestría en Artes en Docencia (MAT) en la Universidad de Notre Dame de Maryland, gracias a la beca CCPDF.
De Educadora a Emprendedora y Líder en LCAM
En 2022, Lindelia tomó un nuevo desafío al abrir su propio cuidado infantil en el hogar en Silver Spring, Maryland. Desde entonces, ha sido una mentora activa en LCAM y una líder en la comunidad educativa.
Forma parte del Programa Alliance Pre-K.- Tiene su acreditación nacional (NAFCC).
- Alcanzó el nivel 5 de Maryland EXCELS, el más alto en calidad educativa.
Todo esto lo ha logrado en tiempo récord, con trabajo arduo, estudios, dedicación y, sobre todo, pasión por la educación infantil.
Una Voz Hispana en la Innovación Educativa Nacional
Recientemente, Lindelia fue invitada a unirse al Proyecto WeVision EarlyEd, una iniciativa nacional que reúne a líderes innovadores, educadores y defensores de la educación infantil. Este programa busca desarrollar estrategias con visión de futuro para mejorar el campo educativo y crear soluciones duraderas para los niños pequeños.
De 78 aplicantes y 22 entrevistas, Lindelia fue una de las 3 seleccionadas en el DMV.- Ahora es parte de un grupo élite de 10 líderes nacionales.
Una Inspiración para la Comunidad en Maryland
Como madre de tres hijos, su mayor motivación, Lindelia ha demostrado que con esfuerzo y compromiso, es posible alcanzar grandes logros. Su pasión por la educación infantil y su deseo de apoyar a otras proveedoras reflejan su espíritu de liderazgo y servicio.

A Journey of Effort and Dedication
Originally from La Unión, El Salvador, Lindelia has lived in the United States for the past 10 years. Her commitment to early childhood education began with a two-year volunteer role at Weller Rd School, where she supported the pre-kindergarten classroom. Later, she worked as a lead teacher at an educational center and as a paraeducator at MCPS, allowing her to deepen her studies in Early Childhood Education.
Her determination and resilience led her to validate her degree and obtain her bachelor’s degree, which opened doors for her to continue her education with a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) at the University of Notre Dame of Maryland, supported by the CCPDF scholarship.
From Educator to Entrepreneur and LCAM Leader
In 2022, Lindelia embraced a new challenge by opening her own home-based child care program in Silver Spring, Maryland. Since then, she has been an active mentor in LCAM and a leader in the educational community.
- Part of the Alliance Pre-K Program.
- Holds a national accreditation (NAFCC).
- Achieved Level 5 of Maryland EXCELS, the highest quality rating.
She accomplished all of this in record time, with hard work, studies, dedication, and, above all, a passion for early childhood education.
A Hispanic Voice in National Educational Innovation
Recently, Lindelia was invited to join the WeVision EarlyEd Project, a national initiative that brings together innovative leaders, educators, and early childhood education advocates. This program aims to develop forward-thinking strategies to improve the field of education and create lasting solutions for young children.
- Out of 78 applicants and 22 interviews, Lindelia was one of the 3 selected in the DMV area.
