Celebramos a Lindelia Ventura: L\u00edder, Mentora y Ejemplo de Superaci\u00f3n en la Educaci\u00f3n Infantil<\/h1>[vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

En LCAM, nos enorgullece felicitar y honrar a una de nuestras asociadas y mentoras m\u00e1s destacadas: Lindelia Ventura. Su trayectoria es un testimonio de dedicaci\u00f3n, perseverancia y liderazgo en el campo de la educaci\u00f3n infantil.<\/p>\n

“Gracias por su apoyo. Espero poder inspirar a otras proveedoras a crecer y luchar por que sus programas sean de excelencia, y que como hispanas, hagamos la diferencia.”<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Un Camino de Esfuerzo y Dedicaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Originaria de La Uni\u00f3n, El Salvador<\/strong>, Lindelia ha vivido en Estados Unidos por los \u00faltimos 10 a\u00f1os. Su compromiso con la educaci\u00f3n infantil comenz\u00f3 con un voluntariado de dos a\u00f1os en la escuela Weller Rd<\/strong>, donde apoy\u00f3 en el aula de pre-k\u00ednder<\/strong>. M\u00e1s adelante, trabaj\u00f3 como maestra l\u00edder en un centro educativo<\/strong> y como paraeducadora en MCPS<\/strong>, lo que le permiti\u00f3 profundizar en sus estudios en Early Childhood Education<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Su constancia y determinaci\u00f3n<\/strong> la llevaron a validar su t\u00edtulo y obtener su licenciatura<\/strong>, lo que le abri\u00f3 las puertas para continuar su formaci\u00f3n con una Maestr\u00eda en Artes en Docencia (MAT)<\/strong> en la Universidad de Notre Dame de Maryland<\/strong>, gracias a la beca CCPDF<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

De Educadora a Emprendedora y L\u00edder en LCAM<\/strong><\/h2>\n

En 2022<\/strong>, Lindelia tom\u00f3 un nuevo desaf\u00edo al abrir su propio cuidado infantil en el hogar<\/strong> en Silver Spring, Maryland<\/strong>. Desde entonces, ha sido una mentora activa en LCAM<\/strong> y una l\u00edder en la comunidad educativa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

  • \u2705 Tiene su acreditaci\u00f3n nacional (NAFCC).<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • \u2705 Alcanz\u00f3 el nivel 5 de Maryland EXCELS, el m\u00e1s alto en calidad educativa.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Todo esto lo ha logrado en tiempo r\u00e9cord<\/strong>, con trabajo arduo, estudios, dedicaci\u00f3n y, sobre todo, pasi\u00f3n por la educaci\u00f3n infantil<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Una Voz Hispana en la Innovaci\u00f3n Educativa Nacional<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    Recientemente, Lindelia fue invitada a unirse al Proyecto WeVision EarlyEd<\/strong>, una iniciativa nacional que re\u00fane a l\u00edderes innovadores, educadores y defensores de la educaci\u00f3n infantil<\/strong>. Este programa busca desarrollar estrategias con visi\u00f3n de futuro para mejorar el campo educativo y crear soluciones duraderas para los ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      Una Inspiraci\u00f3n para la Comunidad en Maryland<\/strong><\/h2>\n

      Como madre de tres hijos<\/strong>, su mayor motivaci\u00f3n, Lindelia ha demostrado que con esfuerzo y compromiso<\/strong>, es posible alcanzar grandes logros. Su pasi\u00f3n por la educaci\u00f3n infantil y su deseo de apoyar a otras proveedoras reflejan su esp\u00edritu de liderazgo y servicio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      Honoring a Trailblazer in Early Childhood Education<\/strong><\/h2>\n

      At LCAM<\/strong>, we are proud to congratulate and honor one of our most outstanding members and mentors: Lindelia Ventura<\/strong>. Her journey is a testament to dedication, perseverance, and leadership<\/strong> in the field of early childhood education.<\/p>\n

      “Thank you for your support. I hope to inspire other providers to grow and strive for excellence in their programs, and as Hispanics, we can make a difference.”<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

      A Journey of Effort and Dedication<\/strong><\/h2>\n

      Originally from La Uni\u00f3n, El Salvador<\/strong>, Lindelia has lived in the United States for the past 10 years. Her commitment to early childhood education began with a two-year volunteer role<\/strong> at Weller Rd School<\/strong>, where she supported the pre-kindergarten classroom<\/strong>. Later, she worked as a lead teacher at an educational center<\/strong> and as a paraeducator at MCPS<\/strong>, allowing her to deepen her studies in Early Childhood Education<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      Her determination and resilience<\/strong> led her to validate her degree and obtain her bachelor’s degree<\/strong>, which opened doors for her to continue her education with a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT)<\/strong> at the University of Notre Dame of Maryland<\/strong>, supported by the CCPDF scholarship<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      From Educator to Entrepreneur and LCAM Leader<\/strong><\/h2>\n

      In 2022<\/strong>, Lindelia embraced a new challenge by opening her own home-based child care program<\/strong> in Silver Spring, Maryland<\/strong>. Since then, she has been an active mentor in LCAM<\/strong> and a leader in the educational community<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

        She accomplished all of this in record time<\/strong>, with hard work, studies, dedication, and, above all, a passion for early childhood education<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

        A Hispanic Voice in National Educational Innovation<\/strong><\/h2>\n

        Recently, Lindelia was invited to join the WeVision EarlyEd Project<\/strong>, a national initiative that brings together innovative leaders, educators, and early childhood education advocates<\/strong>. This program aims to develop forward-thinking strategies to improve the field of education and create lasting solutions for young children<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

          As a mother of three children<\/strong>, her greatest motivation, Lindelia has shown that with effort and commitment<\/strong>, great achievements are possible. Her passion for early childhood education and her desire to support other providers reflect her spirit of leadership and service<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
