This mentor accompanies the entire process to advise, teach, and assist the learner with the goal of developing their professional skills.<\/p>\n

PROGRAM RESPONSIBILITY<\/h2>
The Mentoring Committee, in coordination with the LCAM administration, is responsible for the administration, operation, and oversight of the LCAM Mentoring Program. The Mentoring Committee may evaluate and select new mentors for the program. The Mentoring Committee shall submit a monthly report on the program's cases to the LCAM Board of Directors.<\/div>
